Playoff standings, & NFC East widens lead

At the TeamCharts.com site, I've just posted a list (in seeding order)
of teams that would make the playoffs if the season ended today. The
tiebreaking systems aren't described too clearly on NFL.com, so I took
my best guess at interpreting them. I plan to update this list each week.

Also: the NFC East suddenly has a huge lead in the race for top NFL
division. Can any other division catch up? See the "NFL divisions" chart.

How can that be? The NFC East has two teams with losing records.

Every division has at least two teams with losing records, and some have
three. The NFC East hast the overall most wins for any division.

And, what race for top NFL division? Is there a prize they award for that?
Some of these "fan websites" are just downright retarded...
